This is the 2nd dog training video for Charlie the dog aggressive brown lab. In this video we start to discuss how most all dogs think they are in charge of their packs and what can be done to change that. When a dog makes the mistake of thinking they are top dog, large and in charge it gets them in trouble by causing behavior problems. Running a pack has a pretty serious job description of duties and you simply can`t pick and choose the duties you think are cute. for instance, top of the list of job duties for pack leader is to at the very least know where their pack is. So if everyone leaves the house and the dog tries to get out and find you (separation anxiety) it`s because the dog is obsessed with doing a good job as pack leader.
In the wild when a pack leader of dogs is not doing a good job there will come a challenger for that position. That challenge for dominance can mean life or death to the dogs. When dogs think they are in charge of their pack they take it much to seriously. They often develop separation anxiety, fear & anxiety, barking issues, aggression & fear aggression. It is always much healthier for your dog to know that they are a valuable member of your pack being watched over and protected. I started this channel to try and educate all of the people who went out and got new doggies during covid-19. May all those dogs keep their homes forever. If you want to help please hit subscribe.
